Rachel Emily Nichols

Rachel Emily Nichols is the daughter Alison and James Nichols. She is of French Canadian, German and Irish descent. Cony High School was her high school in Augusta. She graduated with a math diploma and a high jump that was competitive. Columbia University in New York City was where she received two degrees in math and economics. Then she began modeling, beginning her career in the industry with work for such high-profile companies as Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch and L'Oreal. Rachel was inspired to try acting, and was offered a role in the HBO drama Sex and the City (1998). This was her first audition. Her film debut came as Jessica Matthews in the prequel Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd (2003). She continued to be successful with appearances in such films like The Amityville Horror (2005), The Inside (2005), Alias (2001), G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra 2009, Criminal Minds 2005 (a regular role as FBI Agent Ashley Seaver), and Conan the Barbarian 2011 She was the lead character of a police officer Kiera Cameron on the science fiction show Continuum (2012).Attended and graduated from Columbia University with a double major in economics and math. Modeled for Guess?, Abercrombie & Fitch and L'Oreal. She was the restaurant hostess for Sex and the City, the first part for which she auditioned.
